The banks, including the main beach of Cala Gran, are lined with bays with pine trees. On a slope in the north, the medieval Castillo de Santueri offers a view of the village of S’Horta and the coast. In the southwest lies the Mondragó Nature Park with numerous species of birds, including cormorants and ospreys. This cozy detached house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite) is designed for 6 people and is located in the beautiful and quiet residential area of Cala Egos. Interlocking living and dining room with modern, open bar kitchen and direct access to the terrace. The house is equipped with a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer, air conditioning, 2 flat TVs, WIFI, safe, communal pool and private garden with barbecue area. The beautiful port of Cala d’Or, all shops and the beach are nearby. The sea is approx. 100 m away and the house was completely renovated in 2o17. The villa is a non-smoking area and animals are unfortunately not allowed.
