The “Marinador II Residence” is located in Cala d’Or, less than 1 km from the beach of Cala “Es Forti”.

A highly recommended destination on Mallorca’s southeast coast is the historic fortress “Es Forti”. This impressive former military fortress is situated in the idyllic Cala d’Or, nestled amidst a beautiful rocky landscape just at the entrance to Cala Llonga, Santanyí. The renovated complex is well worth a visit and can be easily combined with a leisurely stroll through the stunning scenery.

The rugged coastline around Cala d’Or, with its high cliffs and dramatic rock formations, is a truly captivating area. The crystal-clear waters and charming little beaches attract nature lovers time and again.

The houses of the “Marinador II Residence” were built in the typical Ibiza style. Particularly impressive: the entire complex boasts seven (!) swimming pools, and the park-like grounds are landscaped with Mediterranean plants and trees.

The townhouse is spread over two floors plus a roof terrace and has its own garden with a lawn, maintained by the community gardeners.
